Fitting advice

Measuring Guide
1) Take a firm measurement in inches under the bust. Make sure the tape is flat and straight. If this is an odd number add 5, if it is even add 4.

2) To take a bust measurement, take the tape measure around the fullest part of the bust, make sure tape is held loosely for this measurement.

3) The difference between the 1st measurement ( before 4 or 5 added ) and the 2nd will give an idea of bra size.

6 ins = B, 7 ins = C, 8 ins = D, 9 ins = DD, 10 ins = E, 11 ins = F, 12 ins = FF, 13 ins = G etc.

EXAMPLE:Under band measurement = 29 (+5 = 34), over bust measurement = 38. The difference is 9, which gives a bra size of 34DD.
A well fitting bra should be firm around the back so it does not ride up. The wires should go around the whole of the breast so that it is not sitting on any breast tissue. The whole breast should be in the cup.If it is not, a larger cup size is needed. The centre of the bra should sit flush against the breastbone. If not then a larger cup is needed.
